Although we carefully tailor funding solutions to meet individual client needs, our financing generally has these basic features at its core:

Non-Recourse

GRP financing is non-recourse – we are only repaid from a claim if and when it resolves. If the client does not achieve a recovery, it owes GRP nothing.

Client Control

GRP does not exercise control over litigation. The client has the same amount of control over its claim as it did pre-financing. We enhance the likelihood of success by leveraging our expertise in an advisory capacity.

Risk Sharing

GRP believes that all stakeholders in the funding arrangement must have sufficient “skin in the game” to properly incentivise a coordinated pursuit of successful outcome. Our funding structures protect interests and encourage teamwork.
