We value a high likelihood of success for the legal assets, as well as an overall track record of success from our counterparty.

Jurisdiction

We have deep experience in the U.S., U.K., and major common law jurisdictions around the globe. We are comfortable in a variety of fora including international arbitral bodies.

Damages

The damages quantum should be clear, sufficient to provide a return relative to investment, and based on settled recovery theories.

Recoverability

Litigation targets must be well-capitalised and able to satisfy the anticipated judgment or settlement.
